From the Indicator:
Success came also to the Math team for under the able leadership of Mr. Greenberg it won the City Championship. Veteran Captain William Lepowsky ended the season tied for city scoring honors. The other members of the team are Roger Lehecka, Philip Greco, Neal Felsinger, and Harvey Sohnen. To win the City Crown, the "pencil chewers" had to out-think the intelligentsia of Bronx Science, Brooklyn Tech, and twenty-five other New York City schools. In doing this, they strongly upheld our school's reputation for excellence in the field of Mathematics.
